- On the customer’s behalf, we manage or assist with the entire tender procedure, from definition of requirements and specifications, preparation of the invitation to tender, and evaluation of the bids. We draw up decision-making tools for the awarding of contracts and offer technical support in contract negotiations with suppliers.
- In doing so, we ensure that the legal requirements are observed and that the entire procurement process is WTO-compliant.
