- Our ETCS projects are not isolated high-speed lines but form part of an all-round network-wide migration programme. We are thus able to draft comprehensive migration concepts and strategies to facilitate rapid, low-cost changeover of national systems to ETCS.
- We support infrastructure operators and ministries in formulating comprehensive strategies for economically and technologically viable migration to ETCS.
- Following full analysis of the existing rail environment, we define the quality, safety and functional requirements that ETCS has to fulfil. Taking due account of the financial operating conditions, European development of standards and market and technology trends. We work out the most economically viable system and equipment strategies as well as specific implementation plans.
